Let me just say that it is difficult to find something that can compete with ephedra-based fat burners, but this is a great alternative. Not only does it give me plenty of energy, it also seems to put me in a great mood. When I got on the scale a few days later I was pleasantly surprised. I use it for maintenance, and I'm sure it's also great for people that are getting started or on their way to reaching their weight loss goals.
