I'm 22 160p i,ve always had trouble adding on muscle, i've been taking muscle milk now for 2months and excerise regulary 4 times a wk and i can see the diffrence it works awsome. The only problem i see with the product is it has alot of calories so i only have 1-2 shakes instead of the reccomended 3-4. Also if u follow the reccomended 3-4 shakes a day which i tryed it will run out very fast so it could be pricy.

This mix seems to have the perfect ratio of protein/ carbs/ calories for those looking to maintain (and gain) muscle. Coming in at 630 calories per serving, and about 32 g of protein- which is all your body can ingest anyway in one serving- I'd say it's perfect. I use it as a gainer and take 2 servings per day, and it's one of those that you can put in a shaker and mix. Its a light drink-- no thick, heavy gunk here
