My personal Bodybuilding Success Story!
Hi folks!
My name is Lorenzo and I want to tell you something about my Life as Bodybuilder, and how I discovered X-Size.
When I was sixteen, I began with muscle training because I was a real skinny guy - only 60 kgs (132 lbs) at 186 cm (6.1 feet). At school I usually was used as a punching bag by the big guys :((
After 6 months of weight training my measures were: Chest 97 cm (38.2 inches), flexed arms 27 cm (10.6 inches) and thighs of only 48 cm (18.9 inches).

After 15 years of training I finally had 15 kgs (33 lbs) more than at my first training day, but anyway - this was not really satisfying: For every year of training 1 kg (2.2 lbs) body weight - disappointing...
I had tryed so many training systems, Weider-Principles, Split-Trainings - without great success.
One day, I got fed up with being a lightweight person of 75 kgs (165 lbs). I increased my intake up to 6,000 calories a day and consumed lots of oats, milk, pasta and eggs for many months, additionally I used weight gainer powders and expected great muscle gains.
The result: After 6 months of "gaining", I had over 100 kgs (220 lbs), but my mirror only said: "You are transformed from a small, but muscular boy to a big, fat ton!" My waist was up to 105 cm (41.4 inches), but my Arms and legs were thin as before... What a mess, what had I done?
What should I do now - what would you do in this situation? Diet? Steroids? No, I didn't want to risk my haleness with some drugs or a "miracle-diet" - I needed a secure way to a lean, muscular, but healthy body!!
