A Smith machine home gym is perfect to have in your home when you want to give your body that trim and muscular look. You can do strength training no matter how old you are it's for anyone as long as you can get supervised. If you buy a home gym you don't have to wait in line at a gym center for other people to finish what they doing whether they are bench pressing or whatever may be the case. It can be a headache to go to the gym especially if you work long hours and by the time you come home the center has closed up. I'm happy that I bought the Weider Club C720 Smith Machine it is perfect for the home and can be used by any member of the family, it would fit in a corner of the house or even the bedroom. If you have young infants I would suggest you keep it in a locked part of the house so that a child can not injure himself or so one doesn't have a careless accident. There are many types of home gyms on the market that you can buy it just depends on what you are looking for.
I picked the Weider Smith home gym because it has many great features including the cast iron weights that gives your body that enhanced muscular look and gives your abdominal that firmed look. This Smith home gym is equipped to fit your every need with seven workout stations such as the preacher curl, the 6 roll leg developer, the upper pulley and the lower pulley that hold a really low weight limit. I would say that the workout bench itself would hold up to a maximum of about 300 pounds. The inclines and declines are good if you like working the chest and shoulder muscles. I really enjoy this Smith home gym, I'm getting all of my exercises at home, and I don't have to worry about going out in the winter to head to the gym because everything I need to do is right in my bedroom to help me burn off calories and stay fit and trim. This Smith Machine home gym is the least expensive that I have found and it only cost me under $1,000 dollars. It work really great and I am completely satisfied.
