I had been discussing buying the Schwinn home gym for quite a while and wish I wouldn't have waited as long as I did because I am very pleased with this piece of equipment. The price had discouraged me because I wasn't sure if it was worth the amount of money that the store was asking.
One day I decided it was time to get back into shape after having my second child and started looking around at different machines. I have always been a person that is taken care of hersrlf and watched what I ate but after my second child was born I was running low on energy and time and wasn't sure if I would use the Schwinn home gym enough to have it pay for itself. I am so glad that I have purchased it and I am well on my way to losing the baby fat weight that I had left to lose and get back into the shape I was before I had the second baby.
The Schwinn home gym was one of the home gyms I was considering and after speaking to the salesperson I had noticed there was a sale going on that day at the store I decided it was time to make my purchase. I do believe this is just about the same machine as the Bowflex Sport. This is a great machine and works muscles that I never knew I had.
The machine did take a while for me to get it together and it is a heavy piece of equipment also so don't try to carry it by yourself.
The great benefit that I can do so many different exercises on the same machine makes it hard to get bored. I have been using it for a month and have seen a noticeable change in my arms, legs and hips already. I seem to have more energy and in the morning when I start working out it doesn't feel like a chore I really enjoy it. I am very pleased with the Schwinn home gym and glad to be able to work out at home rather than driving to the gym. I give this machine five stars.
