Cybergenics Squat Workout
I have a killer squat workout that I picked up from the Cybergenics Workout
Video, I've increased my squats from a mere 225lbs to 315lbs in months.
Try this routine for squats: (a partner helps out with this routine) Warm up
doing a very light weight for 20 reps then stretch well.
Go one step below your max weight and rep till failure. Superset! Very
quickly, Your partner peels off 50% of the weight, then rep till failure.
Not done yet-Step back from the bar and do hops till failure. A good hop
is when your thighs go past paralle, then jump upwards so you completely
leave the ground.
Three sets and you will be begging for mercy.
