Andro-Shock Works!
I don't have the perfect genes for bodybuilding, nor do I have a lot of time to eat the right way. Using the Andro-Shock product however I really have seen excellent returns on my workout time in the gym. I usually work 55 plus hours a week and workout at 5:30 in the morning before work. Not the ideal circumstances for good nutrition or working out. Yet my flat bench went from 225 lbs to 285. And as of last week I went up to 290 lbs. My arms have grown almost 2". I have noted increases in all body sets. And what amazes me is that I haven't got the shaky feeling I used to get from other Andro products that have been made illegal. Thanks for a non-steroid based product that actually works.

Some people don't want to go on a vacation because they will have to skip their weight training workout, but no more! It is possible to keep your muscles strong no matter where you are and strength training is well worth the effort. If you have spent a lot of time getting results at a gym why would you let it go just because you aren't around your normal place to complete your routine. Doesn't make a lot of since to me. Here are some tips to getting a good workout no matter where you are:
Stay In A Hotel With A Gym
Hotels have gotten a lot better in recent years. Some hotels have gym facilities that are competitive with regular health clubs and you don't have to have a membership to get in, just stay at the hotel! Some higher end hotels even have personal trainers and massage therapist on site. Along with these services there is usually a wide variety of machines and free weights. Just go in and do your routine!
Go To A Local Gym
Although this option will cost you money it may be worth it if your hotel doesn't have a gym of its own. All you have to do is ask the concierge, or look up local gyms and health clubs on the Internet to find a location close to you. If you choose to go with this option you will probably pay at least a minimum of $20. This stinks, but it is worth it if you know how to work a gym properly. If you feel somewhat uncomfortable in the gym you have chosen and are not sure what equipment to use, be sure to stick with things you know. This will ensure that you get a good workout without possibly injuring yourself. This is not the time to test new machines that you are not familiar with; you are there to get a strength-training workout.
Bring A Band
Lots of people forget that one of the best options for strength training is using a band. I have an entire set of bands at my house, but all you really need on the road is one or two. You can perform dozens of exercises with a single band and they don't take up any space when you are traveling. With this option you don't even have to leave your hotel room.
Use Your Own Body Weight
This is my favorite option and the one that I use on a regular basis. You can complete all sorts of body weight exercises such as push-ups, crunches, squats, tricep dips, pull-ups, and lunges. This is just the tip of the iceberg! You can also use a local park to get a great workout. Running the trails and stopping to do pushups and pulls-ups is a great option. If you don't care to go to a park, here is what I did on my last vacation. I was out of town for a week and worked out everyday for an hour in the morning. I alternated doing burpees and jump roping drills. This was a great workout in a tropical climate.
The next time you leave town don't use it as an excuse not to workout. There are ways to strength train even if you are not near your favorite gym; and they can be done anytime, anywhere.
