Maximum Pump Workout

The maximum pump workout is a total anabolic muscle building and fat burning workout.

You do all the following exercises for 1 set of 30 reps, in a non-stop manner - no 
rest between sets.

Start with lightweight and increase the poundage as your strength and endurance 
increase.

The Maximum Pump Workout Routine

Do this program 2 to 3 times a week

1. Calf raise
2. Leg extension
3. Leg curl
4. Squats
5. Hyper extension
6. Rows
7. Lat pulldown
8. Bench press
9. Fly or pec deck
10. Press overhead
11. Shrugs
12. Curls
13. Tricep extensions
14. Wrist curls
15. Reverse wrist curls
