Lose Fat Without Cutting Calories
People will tell you that the only way to effectively lose any
body-weight is to count calories. But if you don't know the
difference between a good quality calorie and a bad quality calorie
you'll never lose fat just by counting calories. Your body will use
the food you've just eaten to supply its energy requirements BEFORE
it starts to use fat.
When you sit down and eat an 800 calorie meal your body will probably
have only used about 25 to 50 calories of energy to sustain you and
the digestion of those calories you just ate. So where do the other
750 odd calories go? Yes, you guessed correctly, straight to fat
storage.
The body will only store the energy as fat it's not using the energy
it needs to function; the body is always switching from living off
its fat storage and breaking fats down so that it can be used as
energy by using the food that you've just eaten when it turns into
user friendly energy.
The objective with any good fat-loss plan is to get your body to burn
more fat cells that it did yesterday. Our bodies will store any
excess energy that we eat directly into fat; we lose fat by forcing
our bodies to metabolize fats into energy by going on a
calorie-deficit diet.
