specific things you can do to give your muscles a big kick down the
road to new growth.
Milk
The first thing you can do is simple – add 30 ounces a day of whole
milk to your eating program. Milk is the most anabolic of all foods,
and it will strongly support your training by providing the elements
the body can use to build new muscle. Simply adding 30 ounces of milk
a day will make a big difference in your physique if you give it a
little time.
Sleep
Another big factor for big growth is sleep. Add a half hour of sleep
a night to your routine. And do it at the beginning of the evening.
Three Exercises
Finally, focus most of your training on three exercises – the squat,
the deadlift, and the clean & press. Performing these exercises
consistently and they will transform your physique. They require you
to move critical mass through space, the most basic element in
creating muscle growth. So make these exercises the heart of any
training you do.
