A few cups a day will do you good, especially if you want to lose fat. Of course you want to know why, so here goes: 1. Antioxidants Green tea is high in antioxidants. Why do you care? Well, free radicals are bad, they occur naturally in the body but also caused by UV rays, radiation, smoking, pollution, etc. and they damage your cells. Many scientists believe they contribute to the ageing process as well as causing cancer, heart disease, and a whole bunch of other things I can't be bothered listing. They're bad, okay? And antioxidants neutralize free radicals and may even prevent the damage. Sounds pretty good, right? 2.
