How To Get Rid Of Love Handles

We all know the adorable term for those much hated love handles but
the truth is that whatever the name is they are unsightly and 
unattractive. Believe it or not they can be isolated specifically to
do a workout that targets that area. It needs to be said that you 
will not get any noticeable results without eating correctly.

If you are eating correctly then the chances are that you will be 
very aware of your daily calorie requirements and how many calories 
you are actually burning. Along with drinking 8 glasses of water a 
day you will get results if you follow these simple rules.

The bicycle is a strong move designed to get rid of love handles and
can be included as part of most workout sessions quite easily. This 
exercise has you quickly shifting from side to side, which works the
love handle muscles and keeps the stress on the oblique muscles.

Another exercise to use as you learn how to get rid of love handles 
is called the prone ball roll in to the side. This movement is 
especially effective to target love handles because of the prone 
body position along with being on an exercise ball really places you
off balance. Your muscles have to work hard to keep you on balance 
and this is where the toning up comes in.

A fun way that really tones up that troublesome love handle area is 
to do the hula hoop. This is a great effective way to really target 
the waist and hips area. But there are others as well and another 
is decline twisting sit-ups which are the final move to use to get 
rid of love handles successfully.

This one really hits the oblique muscles in your workout plan. 
Decline twisting sit-ups are more intense than normal sit-ups as you
are working against gravity as you lower the body and rise up again. 
It should only be incorporated into your workout after you have been
training abs for at least three months.
