Out of all the Creatine's I've tried, from powdered monohydrate creatine
to fancy sounding pre-made stacks, this Kre-Alkylyn complex called
Pumped Extreme is hands down the best ever. The first part of this
creatine review will be a Pumped Extreme Review, because it is the best
creatine supplement that I have ever tried and it has given me the most
muscular gains!
Having a sensitive stomach and an aversion to putting chemicals or
anything unnatural in my body, this was like a miracle solution for me!
Pumped Extreme comes in a capsule format, and you can avoid all the
common side effects associated with traditional creatine use such as
cramping, diarrhea, indigestion, anxiety attacks, etc. This was my
experience anyway, and I cannot tell you that creatine works like
illegal steroids, because it doesn't. I can tell you though that I

Morning Energy Drink Recipe
Make your own delicious energy drink for bodybuilding.
There's nothing like a good strong start to the day and being able to
hit the ground running. A good breakfast is always a great idea, but
you can get an extra push from a morning energy drink. A morning
energy drink gives you that extra oomph to power through the morning
and most of the day.
What do you want to include in your energy drink? At the top of the
list is brewer's yeast. Brewer's yeast will pick you up for several
hours. Brewer's yeast helps you flow along at a high level of
activity, pushed by the most complete group of amino acids, vitamins
and minerals you can get. Brewer's Yeast even contains rare elements
like chromium and biotin – rare in American foods.
Throw in some goji berries as well. This powerful little berry is 15
times higher in iron than spinach, has a ton of vitamins and
minerals, and also contains all the amino acids – super rare for a
fruit.
To really goose your drink, add in chia seeds. Chia seeds provide
long burning effects for your energy level – lasting days, not hours.
Put this blend into a milk, yoghurt and blueberry base. Use 20
ounces of milk, a cup of yogurt, and a couple handfuls of
blueberries. For the yogurt, go with Stonyfield, if possible,
