Andro-Shock Works!
I don't have the perfect genes for bodybuilding, nor do I have a lot of time to eat the right way. Using the Andro-Shock product however I really have seen excellent returns on my workout time in the gym. I usually work 55 plus hours a week and workout at 5:30 in the morning before work. Not the ideal circumstances for good nutrition or working out. Yet my flat bench went from 225 lbs to 285. And as of last week I went up to 290 lbs. My arms have grown almost 2". I have noted increases in all body sets. And what amazes me is that I haven't got the shaky feeling I used to get from other Andro products that have been made illegal. Thanks for a non-steroid based product that actually works.

Whether you are a man or a woman you will know the importance of regular exercise. The importance of any form of regular exercise has been widely studied and well proven over the last 30 years and people generally have become more aware of the importance of taking care of health, resulting in an increase in longevity in most first world countries across the world.
The CDC (center for disease control) have now conclusively proven with many clinical studies done over the years that any muscle-building exercise done on a regular basis will also improve blood-sugar control, sleep patterns and general balance as well as mental health.
Studies show us that in order to get the best health results from any exercise some form of strength training or bodybuilding is essential. When strength training is done on a regular basis studies show the normal muscle loss in ageing will be reduced significantly.
Any progressive resistance training strengthens connective tissue and improves bone density, which cuts any risk of injury by helping ease any arthritic pain you might get later in life. Besides the obvious weight-loss benefits and looking trimmer and better shape you will also be burning calories.
If you are weight training with high intensity you will continue to burn calories for up to 72 hours after you have completed your workout. Strength training is just as important for someone on a diet trying to lose fat because 25% of any weight loss you achieve when cutting calories will come from muscle loss.
Training with weights will not only prevent this muscle loss but will help you re-gain any muscle lost from calorie restriction to lose fat. Depending on what diet you go on to lose fat you could very easily be slowing down your metabolism as you lose fat which can be prevented when training with weights.
The most important aspect of training with weights when you start is the form or technique you use to lift the weight. All the experts agree that learning how to perform an exercise correctly when starting is vitally important if you want to see results on a long-term basis.
