Just thought you'd want to hear my response to your product. And yes you can use it as a review!

I work at a gym and was told by my boss about Ecdy-Bolin - word of mouth is the best advertising!

I am starting my 2nd bottle now and have to say I see muscle mass growth and body fat loss that I have not seen with any other product - and this is in January/February: The fat months!

My shoulders and chest have shown the most improvement: I look hot! I am 61 and due to bodybuilding, and now Ecdy-Bolin I look decades younger. For real. I have passed the word along to Those who are what I'm doing to improve so much in the winter months.

Arnold Schwarzenegger Bodybuilding Techniques


Having been a 7 time Mr. Olympia, Arnold Schwarzenegger is amongst the greatest bodybuilders of all time.

One of the big things that helped make Arnold - ARNOLD, was not just his ability to work harder in the gym but also his innovations to work smarter.

Arnold knew that your body gets used to any routine and then no longer needs to change to adapt, so he made sure his workouts would not always be the same week after week. This keep his muscles growing and his mind stimulated.

Arnold usually stayed with sets 8-12 reps on most exercises, but to switch things up he regularly used some of the following techniques:

1-10

The 1-10 method is a method that Arnold used to do after a warm up set of two, take a weight that you can only perform 1 rep then you take off just enough weight for you to perform 2 reps from there do the same until you perform 10 reps. This is brutal because you don't take rest in between the sets and thus it's a real muscle shocker.

Stripping

The stripping method is another brutal workout technique. This workout is done by immediately after finishing your set, you then take some weight off and do another 5-10 reps. With no rest in between the sets except when you are unloading the weights keep repeating reducing your weights until you are down to just the bar. You will need tremendous intensity and drive to do it, think about the no holds barred Arnold Schwarzenegger attitude that allowed him to build his huge size.

1 Rep Max

Then there is the 1 rep max workout whereby you pick one exercise and see what you can do in one maximum all out rep. To get there work your way up with the following pyramid 20, 15, 10, 8, 5, 3, 1, 1, 1 (max) taking the needed rest time in between the sets.

Arnold Schwarzenegger's methods give a huge pump, enhance motivation and are intense, but they are also fun. Enjoy!
