Here's some information on one of Vince's best programs for building muscle fast. Vince's said his "A Muscle Has Four Sides" workout routine will build more muscle in the shortest time possible. The theory behind this routine is that different exercises work different parts of a muscle group, so Vince picked the 4 best exercises that will work the upper, lower, inside and outside part of each muscle. Vince promised that the above along with proper frequency and nutrition will give you the fastest gains possible. A Muscle Has Four Sides Sample Workout For Biceps Get all equipment ready for all four exercises so you can do each exercise one right after the other with no rest between. 1) Barbell Preacher Curl (for low biceps) 2) Reverse Preacher Curl (for high biceps) 3) Alternate Incline Dumbbell Curls (for middle outer biceps) 4) Seated Dumbbell Curls (for middle inner biceps) Important Points Do each exercise for 12 reps.
