The active recovery workout from Serious Growth III Big Beyond Belief consists of three full body workouts a week done on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Each workout lasts no more then 45 minutes and consists of the following:
Behind the neck pulldowns or chin ups supersetted with bent over rows or low cable rows 3 sets of 15 to 20 reps.
Front squats or leg press supersetted with dips 3 sets of 1 to 20 reps.
Bench press or incline bench press 3 sets of 1 to 20 reps.
Barbell row supersetted with standing press 2 sets of 1 to 20 reps.
The weights should be light enough so you can do the reps without too much struggle. The pace is fairly rapid but you still do not push too hard as this is a recovery workout.
