I'm 18 years old and I play highschool football. I'm 6'1 and weigh 200 lbs. My bench is 370 lbs and my incline is 330. My chest is 44 inches all of my upper body is huge. My problem lies in my arms. My biceps are only 15 inches around. They aren't even close to being proportional to the rest of my body. Nothing I seem to do is working does anyone know how to fix my problem?
