I'm 40 years old and finding that my legs are just tough to get growing. Right now I work them for about an hour once every 6 days (squats, lunges, leg press, various calf exercises). I was wondering if there's a way to hit them harder, more often so as to make them grow more. I even thought if I drew way back on the other body parts (so as to preserve resources), I might grow faster. By the way, I am and have been a classic "hardgainer" all my life. Legs are the most important to me so I'm willing to sacrifice in upper body size and strength somewhat. Any help?
