I just wanted to know if it is ok to workout if your muscles are sore? Mine are pretty sore I had trouble sleeping the last 2 nites. But they say if you dont get sore you are not getting results right? Also what is good on the market for sore muscles?

If you have mild soreness it's ok to workout, but for extreme soreness I would wait and change the workout as you may be doing too much too soon.
Soreness is not necessarily a sign of progress, and extreme soreness is neither needed nor helpful as you can see it made you lose sleep and miss workouts neither of which will help progress.
