Im 31 and for the past decade have been experiencing extreme emotional and physical stress due to some problems, i think i may have had atleast one nervous breakdown and feel numb now,i want to start doing weight training not just for fitness but also for a muscular body, is it ok for me to start now, what can i expect results wise?
You can get incretable results when your 31 as if you were a teenager but you will problably need cardio and proper diet to get fast results.
