I was curious if anybody out there knows a way to target the serratus muscles using conventional barbell, dumbells, or just the body? I've heard of "rope crunches" or some-such-thing where you are on your knees and pulling down on a weight while touching your head to the florr but I have no access to a pully, gym or any such contraption. Try hanging from a ddor frame. then pull your knees up like a hanging leg raise. as you get towards the top pull your hips up as if you were trying to move your hips towards your arm pits. this little serratus squeeze will target the intercostals too. Good luck
