I am 19, about 6'2", and 170 lbs., and I have been trying to gain weight so I can sculpt my body and look ripped. I've been taking weight gainer and working out 5-6 times a week and I've noticed a difference in my size. The problem is my ribs stick out as far as my chest. It looks like the rest of me is getting bigger but my chest hasn't bulked up much at all. Are there any exercises that will help my chest get much bigger before it looks like the rest of me leaves it behind? I'd appreciate all the help I can get, so thanks. Just cause I'm curious, from the info in the first sentence is it good if I can bench 265?
