Hello. I use to workout faithfully and was up to 214 lbs with a nice physique. It's been over 5 yrs since i have trained. I am now 47 yrs old and weigh about 185 now. i want to start training again to add some size. Which program would be the best for me... I was considering H.I.T.man program. Any suggestions?
I highly recommend the HITMAN program, I am 50 and the program is working great for me.
