I have devised the following bodybuilding plan; I welcome any feedback to see if I am missing anything.
Successful bodybuilding plan
1) Build overall size and strength by concentrating on the big exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench press, chin ups, barbell rows, shoulder press, curls, etc.
2) Even out body, work on weak points; get proportions and symmetry correct, wide shoulders small waist, etc.
3) Work on muscles usually neglected by most bodybuilders, such as muscle on shin, traps (middle back and back on neck), rear delts, etc.
4) Dieting for definition, tanning, posing practice, presentation, etc.
