Hi,
I would like some advice on how to strip the fat off my thighs. I'm pear shaped and my thighs do get bigger as I build more muscle. I have an active lifestyle and do have muscle tone on my legs but have excess fat on the tops and sides of my thighs. I do pilates every other day and I used to run but now suffer from bad knees and hips due to an old injury.
I would like to rid the fat and have lean not bulky legs. I know running is probably the best exercise but do you recommend anything else such as a rowing machine?
Any advice would be really helpful.
Many thanks
Jo
This truth is that diet plays 80% of the role in getting rid of fat and exercises only about 20%.
What exatly do you eat in a normal day?
