Hi,
I just turned 40 and after 5 years of letting my body go I have taken control of my fitness once again. Any and all information on how to train better especially at my age is welcome news. I was heavily involved in bodybuilding, martial arts then competitive road cycling most of my life until I hit 35. I've injured my knees, back and shoulders and am slowing rehabilitating my self. Working out is much more challenging now. I'm constantly experimenting with new workouts that work best for me for my age and prevent further injury.
