Hi
I have a question about my jogging and I am hoping u might be able to answer it. When I go for a jog I always do some light stretches before I start but when I start to jog maybe 500m to 1km in I start to get pains in the bottom part of my shins. I'm not sure if I'm going something wrong or if I'm not stretching enough but it tends to happen on every surface I jog on whether it's bitumen or grass. Hopefully you might be able to give advice on whatever I'm doing wrong. Hope to hear from you soon.
