If someone works out everyday for 1/2 hr doing weight training exercises and their bodies are all muscles and very little fat if any........what would you recommend that they do for a maintenance program? Reduce the weight training program to only 3x per week instead of the regular 5-7x per week? How will that affect my physique? Will I still maintain the toning I have or lose muscle tone? Can you let me know what I should be doing to maintain my current physique?
