i am just wondering if my workout is good or i am wrong by the way my goal is strength
the workout is next
monday - hevy squat 5×5
tuesday- hevy bench 5×5
wednesday-heavy deadlift 5×5
thursday-light squat 5×4
friday*light bench press 5×4
if my program is good and i will get some progress in increasing strength please tell me that in case that i am wrong let me know that and i stop wastig time
