I have a question regarding my ab workout.
You know the look than bodybuilders have? They have visible abs, but if you look at them from the side their stomach is like bursting out (I read it's from organ growth due to steroids).
I have the same kind of abs (even if I have avoided steroids).What do you suggest doing .
I have only done crunches so far (once a week a couple of sets until failure).
