I have a sort of hunch back. What causes this? Heavy deadlifts? What are some exercises that I can do to fix this?
Doing lat pulldowns with hands behind your back is form and can cause some to hunch their back, and maybe develop a lump like you. Do the pulldowns pulling infront and you wont develop the problem. Also, keep a straight back when lifting, when sitting always sit upright and walk tall - dont hunch. If you don't notice a difference go to the doctor and you can get corrective strapping to force your back to straighten.
