I workout at home, and wanted to know if I Am doing enough for my chest?
- Overhead dumbells, 15 reps, 4-5 set
- Pushups, 15 reps, 3 sets
- Dumbell flys, 15 reps, 3 sets
What other exercises should I do to get a fuller chest?
The overhead dumbell press is for shoulders not chest, I suggest instead doing dumbell press on a low incline for upper chest.
Also for lower chest you can add dips between chairs and that would round out your chest workout.
