My question is do you recommend a full body workout or a split routine. I am trying to lose a little weight and also bulk up and gain mass. I'v been doing full body for the last month but think a split may be better. I eat healthy and go to gym 4-5 days a week.

If you are going to do a full body workout you should only workout 3 nonconsecutive days a week such as Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
If you are going to workout 4 to 5 days a week you should do a split routine.
