Hello. My name is John and I am weight lifter. I have been throwing steel around for a couple years trying to get big. But my biceps are my weakest muscles in my body. I tried everything from standing curls to preacher curls to one arm supination curls. So I tried incline curls and it works great!
Within 1 month i could lift 10 more pounds for the same amount of reps. I started performing this workout around 6 months ago, and I have seen a major increase in my muscles and weights. Just wanted to get the word out for anybody who has the same problem as I had.
