From figure to bikini transformation
I am currently in the shape of a figure competitor but am looking to transition into a bikini competitor form. The physique I am looking to attain is Nicole Nagrani's body.
I have thick legs that I am not certain how to sculpt into smaller, yet still ripped legs. Is it higher reps less weight incorporating more cardio? Definitely less protein consumption as I am currently in taking around 100g a day.

The best way to make a muscle smaller is to lower calorie intake and don't work that muscle.
