Anabolic steroid addiction treatment

I came across your site because I am browsing on the internet how to get help for my boyfriend steroid addiction , he is 24 and won't stop , he also does growth hormone. He doesn't even give his body rest and just does what he can get his hands on. He says things like steroids is all he is good at and that's what makes him get up in the morning, he gets really depressed and just puts himself down.

He is willing to seek therapy but just don't know who I should contact in my state. If you can please give me advise please do.
