I'm 50 years old, have worked in the mining industry for 23 years, they all had a gym, i just opted for the bar for a few cool ones with my comrades after each days work it was more fun, I'm not fat, in fact am lean, have decided instead of the camp bar after 23 years will hit the gym, not interested in aerobics, if I'm going to do this i want to look like Lou Ferrigno i need a passion other than drinken piss with my work mates every night ( not that there is anything wrong with that )
Show me what to do i want to commit, i know the wife and billy lids will get off on it, if i come home in a couple a years and look like Louie.
I WANT TO GET SERIOUS,,,, CAN YOU SHOW ME HOW?
Cheers,
The Wog..
