Let me start off by saying I have been lifting weights for five years, I am 18 years old, 5'7 150 lbs. I am very defined in my upper body, however I am trying to gain weight and mass. I can eat anything and not gain a pound. I just started a 16 week full body work out plan. I would like to know what I should do in order to get washboard abs, while also trying to gain mass. This work out plan has no ab exercises because it says they are useless. Is this true? What should I be eating in order to gain mass? But also like I said get washboard abs Sincerely-
