I was just talking about Frank Calta from tampa and his Rotation for Recuperation workout program from years ago, and then I read your Muscle Recovery Workout Plan article.
At 58, I do something similar,but hit each body part once a week.
1.Chest/Back on Mon.
2. Legs/Abs. on Wed.
and 3. Shoulders and Arms on Fri.
I've received excellent results this way. It took me 40+ yrs. to find something I can stick with.. Maybe after I retire, I'll work back to 4 days a week. My job offers great cardio( letter carrier), so I don't do much cardio, maybe riding my bike to work or hiking on a Sunday..
