I came across your website while looking for online fitness advice. I enjoyed reading your arm building section. I recently purchased an Iron Gym Extreme pull up bar and was hoping to ask you a question about the different grip positions and what muscle groups they target.
Could you tell me what the differences are (in terms of muscle groups) for each of these positions?
*Pull Ups*
- (palms away from body)
- (palms facing body)
- (palms facing each other inward)
- ("wide" pull up with arms kept far apart)
Also, is it prudent to combine different positions in the same workout sessions, or choose one?
