what workout split is the best

Respected Sir,

I am now 40. I do  bodybuilding.

I have some questions to You. Would You be kindly enough to answer me? If  You, I will be highly oblised. Sir, please tell me that what is best for gaining muscle mass and weight  -

i>. workout 3 times per week ( 3 - day split workout routine)

  OR ii>. one body part one day ( day 1 -chest,  day 2 - back,   day 3 - bicepes with tricepes,   day 4 - shoulder,  day 5 - legs,   day 6 - abs) ?

Would you be kindly enough to make a personalized workout routine and a diet chart for me. Sir, my goal is to build muscle and as well as gain weight. Sir, please guide me.
