Ronnie here from Arizona. I am making a life decision about my training program. The decision is cutting down or bulking up. Going against my body type or going with it. Bulk up as an endomorph or cut down as one. Which would be the optimal way to approach my goals. I will always work out and do cardio it's a great hobby. Which is the better approach.
If you are an endomorph (which means you gain fat easily) then you should not bulk up, you should only try to get cut or try to gain lean muscle, either one requires and controlled diet.
