I have a four pack now, my goal is to get a six pack. I do circuit weight lifting 4-5 a weak and jog 2 times a weak, so I'm exercising every day. How long would it take, if i would set a right diet, to get a six pack? And is it bad to take a day off if you wont to burn fat?
You should be able to do it in about 6 weeks, as long as you diet correctly and keep your sodium intake low.
I also suggest doing cardio every day and not cheating on your diet.
