I'm a 21 year old female, 5'8", 145 lbs. My BMI is 22.1. I'm pretty happy with most of my body. Everything seems to be normal, I exercise regularly, and I eat 1260 - 1350 calories daily. But my upper arms are 11 and a half inches in diameter. They hang down like a 70 year old woman's arms. I'm working on losing 10 lbs, but I can't help but wonder if it's fat in my arms, or just stretched out, hanging skin. (Though I've never been over 175 lbs.) Is it possible that it's just the last spot that my weight comes off, or do I have some sort of medical issue?
