Hey there,
Just recently, the last month, I have been working hard to eat right and exercise. So far all is well, I've lost around 10 pounds! My body seems to be vanishing right before my eyes, however there is one trouble spot I can't seem to fix. My calves... Everything on my body seems to be shrinking while my calves seem to be growing.
I want to tone them without bulking them up any further than the already are. I wish I had more time to exercise, but school keeps me from doing that. Do you have any suggestions?
