I'm 21 years old guy. I'm 5 foot 10 inches tall, my weight is 65. I have good built. My problem is I have man boobs. I goggled and found out that there are 2 exercises that can help me. One is inclined bench press and the other one is with the rope (forgot the name). If done regularly can this 2 exercise be sufficient in completely reducing the fat or it’s just to reduce some fat. I don’t want to undergo an operation for this. Please help at the earliest.
The exercises will help but you also have to change your diet.
Cut way back on milk products, wheat and grains. Replace with lean protein such as egg whites, chicken, fish along with more fresh raw fruits and vegetables.
