Hello,
I have lost more than KG 30 in the past, I have undergone liposuction in the thighs.
Anyhow, I am left with some saggy skin, specially in the thighs and under arms.
Currently I weigh around KG 69 and my height is CM 166. I want to tone up and loose some fat in the thighs and tummy.
I am not sure where to start, shall i loose some weight by cardio, spinning classes for the time being? OR shall i do some cardio and one body pump or freemotion once a week (weight lifting classes).
I am really upset, and cant stand the saggy skin. your advice is highly appreciated.
