Please be informed that I am doing daily workout in the Gym for 1 hrs, my present age is 61 yrs weight 75 kg, height 175 cms. Will appreciate if you could send me the time table schedule for 6 day work out. Kindly let me know should I do in the morning or in the evening. Present I want to concentrate on my Abdominal. My chest, arms and legs are in good size and shape. My waist is 38 inch, I want to reduce my waist and Abdominal.
