Bought a forearm device need help with how to use it
Can you give me instruction to help me with a forearm routine for a forearm device i recently purchased? After hearing some good stuff about it i had bought the forearm bar from monstersbars.com. It takes olympic plates and you can perform wrist curls, reverse wrist curls and extensor wrist curls. can you set me a workout plan with these? sets reps and how many times a week. I have never done any kind of forearm work before and now i am starting to see how important it is to have strength in them for exercises and apperance of the arm. Thick upper arms and long thin forearms looks so weird to me now, now i so easily spot guys who lift but do no forearm work what so ever.
